Journal Not Showing

Hello!
First, I have the following mods:
[CP] Babies Take After Spouse v2
[CP] Elle's New Horses
ConsoleCommands
ContentPatcher
Error Handler
SaveBackup
SkullCavernElevator

My journal shows up if I click F, but it's completely blank. No quest updates as it promises (Noticed when I got an alert and saw the exclamation point is missing.) I'm unsure what to do, can anyone assist in helping me fix the journal?

I'm not clear about what you mean by "I got an alert". Do you have any active quests? If not, it's normal for the quest journal to be empty and the exclamation point to not be there. Even if you're sure that you should have active quests, I would try to test whether the journal is working at all by picking up a quest from the bulletin board and seeing if anything changes.

Assuming you've ruled that out, is SMAPI showing any errors or anything?

If not, I would just disable mods one at a time and try to pick up a quest until you find which one is causing the issue. I believe you can disable a mod by simply adding periods at the beginning and end of its folder name (e.g., "SkullCavernElevator" > ".SkullCavernElevator.").

My apologies! I was in Skull Cave and got to floor 25, when I got a notice that I had a journal update but the exclamation point never showed up and the journal is blank.

SMAPI isn't showing any errors at all. I'll try disabling them one at a time, as you suggested! That sounds like a very good idea!

If I am remembering correctly, when you reach level 25, the quest to do so is just marked completed and moved out of your active journal, so it makes sense the quest wouldn't be there when you go to look. Mr Qi sends you the reward through the mail the next day, unlike delivery/special order quests where the reward is in your journal.
