Question About Enchanting

I'm at the forge on the island and I'm trying to get the master enchantment for the fishing rod but i was wondering how many times i have to use the prismatic shard to get it. Is it always Efficiency > Auto-Hook > Master? If i restart the day, is it possible to get Master first try?

According to the wiki: "Enchantments are randomized based on the number of times any tool has been enchanted, so reloading the day and enchanting a different tool will change the progression."

So the progression isn't set in stone, but it sounds like reloading and enchanting the same tool would give the same result.

there is a mod that allows you to have multiple enchantments on one tool, so you can get them all.
