Juicy Bugs Wanted

How do you all get enough bug meat? The bugs in the skull cave are not killable (bombs nore pick nore sword). The mines dont give enough bugs, either on a high luck or low luck day. Have the island unlocked and have made it to the forge. no luck there.

I just looked at the wiki.

I believe they spawn from level 41 - like 85 or something. I just kept going from level 45 - 50 until I got enough. Only took 3 or so days with medium luck. Remember the grub things drop them too!

do you have access to the mutant bug lair from the sewer unlocked?
its full of the grubs/flying grubs

you get the quest started by completing the community center or joja community development form

No i have not unlocked the sewer yet. I am stuck on feeding the fat cat a plate of food you get a recipe for from lewis.
well thats assuming that thats how you get down there! haha

Got it by running 10-30 5ish times.

Lvl 10-30 in mine spawns a lot of grubs that drops bug meat and are extremely satisfying to slay.
Also, Lvl overrun by monster will be fixed in the same day. If you find Lv26 being monster level, you can clear it, exit mine then re-enter Lv26, monsters will respawn and you can farm specific monster very efficiently.

Sewage is unlocked by Donating enough artifacts/minerals to museum

You need to help the wizard in order to unlock the grub area.

Best bug meat farming is levels 10-30, no question. The flying bugs are 90% drop rate, the grubs on the ground are 60%. You can very easily complete that particular quest in a single day by just farming levels 10-30. Don't do 1-10 because those levels dont have the grubs on the ground, which often spawn in large groups and it goes real quick.

Also, if you have the monster musk recipe/quest already done, you should use it. It's crazy how quick it goes with that activated.

i just go to floor 21 that you can check real quick and repeat since its a small area
