I have two hearts with George and I am giving him Leek for like 2-4 weeks now but the next heart won‘t come. What can I do now?

Talk to him? I think talking is +20 points, and loved gifts are +80? So 2 leeks per week would be +160, talking to him every day would be +240.

Talking is pretty much the point, try looking at the missions, they give a good amount of friendship, and also don't miss his birthday :D

Yeah don't underestimate birthdays, give them their favorite item(s) on their birthday and you'll see a huge heart spike, extra points if it's an item that can be gold or iridium quality
