Is there any way to unlock my fps

My fps is locked at 61 and i have a 144fps moniter and i want to take advantage of as much fps as i can get

What do you mean by "unlock"? :/ SV was coded to be 60 fps. Its one of hard values used in a ton of in-game math.

Why would you even want more than 60 fps in this game. A human eye can't see more than 60 fps anyways.
