Biome Balance during the Night Market

Do the fish in the submarine count towards Ocean Fish for this kind of quest? I've already obtained the blueprints for the computer and both special orders for this week are Demetrius' fish-o-rama. Still, I'm wondering if the Night Market is going to get in the way of obtaining Ocean Fish if the submarine catches don't count.

Alright. So it depends on the fish you catch. If they're exclusive to the submarine deep dives, it doesn't count. But anything along the lines of sea cucumbers do, as they are normally found in the ocean.
