Music stop playing on the background

SDV is a fantastic game and i really love it, but one very important part of the game is the music.
After my second year the game will just play one loop of music at morning and didn't want to play background music anymore

Which sucks, because i want to play the update but i just hate the time i have to spend time without any music.

I have noticed sometimes you can restart the music by switching zones. And with zones I mean if you leave the farm and then go back the music starts again. Personally I totally turn off the music sometimes because I just love playing the game listening to all the wonderful background sounds ^.^ Especially all the birds singing.

yeah, after second year, no matter how i try. (switching zone or anything) There were just one music at the morning and thats it.

was this the problem? I have use different mod like map or gift, but I have not use them in the new update.

There have been complaints about this and requests for a "loop music" option pretty much since the game was released. Many recommend muting the in-game music and playing the soundtrack in the background.

I've read that the dev made it this way intentionally, but I haven't been able to find a source on that.

If there is no music playing then how would pressing m for mute help?
Or did you mean that the music starts up again if you mute and unmute?
