reusing assets can be a little bit tacky, but I guess a present is a present and a wooden fence is a wooden fence and if it's not overdone again more time for new content. (not 100% sure they're being re-used, but that present sure looked the same to me...)
don't get my wrong, these aren't inherently negative things if done properly; and I'm sure CA won't compromise the game by over-doing it like other devs who don't care about their games.
