Any way to disable monster spawning on the farm? (through the files)

I started a new farm with my friends on the beach farm, and thought it would be fun to enable monsters spawning on it. A few calm fishing sessions interrupted by bats later we all realized this was a huge mistake.

Is there anything in the save files I can change/delete to remove monsters? Any mods I can quickly install and later delete to turn it off? I know you can eventually turn it off in the witch's hut, but I'd rather not wait until then to do this.

I believe this can be done by finding <shouldSpawnMonsters>true</shouldSpawnMonsters> and changing "true" to "false". Always make a backup before doing any editing, just in case.

wizard home basement, it has a switch for a sacrifice of a rainbow shard I think

Sounds the most likely and easiest

If you prefer mods you could technically install both Cjb cheat menu and Cjb item spawner warp yourself to the witch hut, give yourself a strange bun and disable it in game, but i would personally try the suggested text editing first.
