Graveyard keeper is similiar to a extend. However the NPC are nothing like Stardews. You got no festivals etc cannot form relationships. Their just their to move the story along and are static enviroment pieces at best. It is also got the whole grimdark scene going and you will see things like executions.
Best bet is to get a PS1 /cough emulator /cough and look for Harvest Moon games or get into Runefactory. Wich is sadly a console exclusive.
Interestingly both games (Graveyard Keeper and Story of Seasons) were both on my Ignore List. Must've been from the time I deemed myself to mature for games like that. Luckily now I'm to mature to ignore that that was a mistake.
that being said, you can play stardew valley more than once easily, you dont have to play by the story at all, you can create gameplay challenges, as well as use tons and tons of mods for gameplay and/or maps to change up how the game feels.
