Just put it in the shipping bin, that's how those one's are done.

That's the worst game design example ever... How a player's supposed to know this???? Just put it in the shipping bin they say...

The quest says to ship the garlic. The bin is called a shipping bin. It's not the game's fault you can't add 1 + 1, homie.
