Level 15 fishing?

I was reading the Stardew Valley Wiki and I came across a page called "Iridium Krobus". You have to fish it up in a certain place... But you fishing rod can't reach the spot unless you are level "15" fishing, or so the wiki says. I've tried to reach the spot with my Iridium Pole and level 10 fishing... but it doesn't work. And its not a typo because it says level 15 fishing in 2 places on the page. It could still be a typo... but the odds of that happening are very small. Can anyone help?

Well, I don't know much but I think if you eat stuff that'll boost your fishing such as seafoam pudding with qi seasoning and enchant your fishing rod you might be able o reach it.

The enchanting is only if you can't get the Qi seasoning. You don't need it otherwise, since gold-quality Seafoam Pudding with Qi Seasoning is enough to reach level 15.
