Nothing else to get from shrine/grandpa evaluation.
and iridium ore. I never ever find any so good thing there's this
The statue multiplies? or? do I just right click on it every day and get ore?
Oh I see, upon playing the game today. It's actually very straight forward. ty
That can't be right.
Takes only 5 bars to upgrade a tool and you've got two years before the evaluation comes around. Let's say you're a little slow because it's your first playthrough, and you take a whole year to unlock the Calico Desert, you'd still have a whole year to farm Iridium. Even if you sucked real hard and could only get Iridium by farming Slimes in the first few floors and only got 4 Iridium Ore per day, a single week would get you enough bars for one tool. And you've got 16 weeks.
By the time you get the statue, you don't need Iridium anymore.

Why would anyone skip a day? It's a video game, if they don't want to play it they would just close it down and do something else. There's always so much to do, people are generally complaining there isn't enough time in a day. They wouldn't just throw a day away.
Even if you skipped a day out of seven, you'd still be able to get way more Iridium than you need long before the evaluation...
Days are sooo short already (unless modded out) so it sounds crazy why woudl someone skip day ever - maybe at end game where you have no point in doing lot of things but until that is is super counter-intuitive and counter-productive. Doubt msot peoaplw aste time like this.
There are a lot of people complaining that days are way too short and they never have the time to do everything they want to do.
Seasons do come back around, however there are things that if you don't do within a certain time period you'll have to wait another 3 months before you can do it again. Additionally villagers lose relationship over time so if you skip days regularly you'll have to work harder to max them.
You would definitely be in the minority here.
