Robin Disappeared?

So I'm doing a second playthrough with the Hilltop map this time (great map, still tons of farming space) and I upgrade the house once, and the first day after Robin is in my yard working on the house, but then the second day she's just gone, my house is still just a level one house. I totally freaked and thought this was a huge glitch or something, but the next day it was a level 2 house. It was on a Sunday, but is there some meaning to this or is it just a bug?

Sounds like an innocent little bug, so long as your house was ultimately upgraded after the upgrade period.

I might be wrong but I think I've seen them work during festivals but cant remember Robin hammering away during a rain/lightning storm?

Maybe she does and they coincidentally hasn't happened to me in a long time that I cant remember. But that could be it.

The same thing happened to me on Stardew Valley Mobile (Android). Robin disappeared from the entire map; she was nowhere to be seen. It was also on a Sunday. I'm glad I found this post, because I was considering going back a couple of days on my save file, losing progress just get back my money/resources wasted on the upgrade.

Anyway, the upgrade was completed on Saturday. I'm so glad that Dingleberries, Derpsquawk, and Dips*** have a nicer home.
