I've got 50+ blackberries what I can do with them?

Cooking, gift, crafting, bundle or selling.
If you do sell you can wait for some quest to unlock on winter 1st year after finding a secret note that will increase the value of such item.

If you don't want to eat them, then i would recommend to wait, until you either get the perk which makes them more valuable or process them into jelly and sell them, once you've got the artisan skill. Jelly also makes quite a good universal gift (except for Sebastian, who hates it)

I'd turn them into Jelly in the Preserves Jar. Except for Sebastian everyone likes Jelly, so it's an excellent gift, and a good way to earn Hearts with people.

TBH, just eat them. A large stack of one item is really ideal for going down into the mines, and while blackberries aren't the best for stamina or health regen, they're pretty bad actually, they're so pointless to waste time processing or even to sell as they are that stamina regen is your best bet.

I generally have salmonberries in the spring for eating, the blackberries in the fall need to last you to spring, but I normally have 8 or 12 foraging so I get over 1000 blackberries a season. (4 days with 250 blackberries a day)

and yeah you keep enough to restore Health and stamina and sell, gift or craft the rest.

Blackberry cobbler isn't that bad a crop.

Eating them early on is great. But I have cows and tons of cheese, so I turn it into jelly for gifting. It sells like crap no matter what, but everyone but Seb likes jelly. Its basically free affection.
