Where does Harvey go?

This is my third playthrough and the first time I married Harvey. So I don't want to marry him again. But since the update, if you marry him he apparently takes off sometimes at night. Anyone know where he goes? It

That's odd. I did marry Harvey once after the update but I don't think he took off at night... Or did he? Maybe he has something hidden in the bushes, naughty lil Harvey. I do know that he got home very late sometimes, but that as far as I know had to do with the beach resort that you can unlock on Ginger Island. So he really didn't take off, he just got home very late.

I read a post in another forum about someone who's married to him. Several nights he comes home late, sometimes at 2:00 am. I can't imagine what he's doing and it's got me so intrigued. I mean, he's Harvey. Isn't he supposed to be predictable? lol

Yes well, like I said, I believe that has to do with the resort you can unlock on Ginger Island. Harvey does indeed visit it from time to time. When I was married to him he was always home very late when he had gone to the resort. He also makes a confession at the resort telling you that he can't swim without floaties!

Interesting... This is my first play through of Stardew, and I married Harvey... and he is ALWAYS in bed by 10 pm. However, I just unlocked Ginger Island, but have not done much there yet. Perhaps after I get the resort rebuilt ? If he does disappear, I just might pop over to the island and see if he is there. I'll keep you updated.
UPDATE: After I rebuilt the resort, Harvey did appear there during the middle of the day when I went to the island, but was back at the farm and in bed by 10 pm. Other than that, Harvey has pretty much been predictable. I don't know if this has any bearing, but I wonder if the players who have Harvey as a husband are perhaps not gifting him every day and keeping the heart level at the highest level with him and that is the reason he is not returning home until 2 am? Just a thought...

Uh, no need. All the npcs have a chance of visiting the resort once it has been built and Harvey is no exception, like already mentioned. They will usually arrive at 11:00 AM and leave at 6:00 PM on a non-raining day that isn't a holiday. There is no big mystery here.
