Winter Star Gift Giver, do they change if I reload?

I got Willy this year, and you can't receive the Tea Set from Willy according to the Wiki. If I reload, will I get a different gift giver, or will it still be Willy?

Also, can the Tea Set be gotten from the Furniture Catalogue?

I meant the person who gives you the gift, not the other way around. Example, I gave a gift to Pierre, Willy gave a gift to me. If I reload on the day of the Winter Star Feast, would it still be Willy- it was, I just went ahead and tested it.

Can you reload on the same day for different gift sets, or is that pre-determined as well? All he gave me were magnet tackles.

The gifts might be set for each NPC. But yeah, your gifter is probably determined when your told who you are giving a gift to.

Demetrius is the one giving me a gift this year (my 4th winter festival), and he gave me a Jade. Do I have to wait another year hoping for a tea set? Dang, this will take forever if each year is a random gift.
