Stat boosts
There are some items that boost some stats (i.e. farming+1). i wonder. is it permanent? if yes, are all those with +1 or more permanent or just some?

If you mean food then no - it shows how much time left in the upper right corner when you consume it

A lot of them last for 5-10 minutes, though, and a day is only... what, 15 minutes long, if you don't pause or talk to anyone? So 2-3 dishes will get you through an entire day, which isn't bad.
