For Foraging, though, that's typically a 1 person job. Have one person do a lap of the forest or beach or whatever; there's no point in all 4 going.
For Farming, I guess it depends how you set up your farm? Like... If you've got 4 mini-farms, that's technically less efficient than 1 large farm. You could each grow your own crops, for example, but you should have 1 shed of kegs that you all share, or something. Alternatively, have one person do all the farm chores and farming, while the other 3 head to the mines.
