Anyone else getting extremely slow download speeds with this game?

I am getting around 450 bytes, yes, BYTES. Estimated time it will be downloaded is 5 days for like 380 MB. Everything else is downloading fine and updating quickly. I'm on a fiber network and it's just this specific game. I bought it earlier because I noticed it was on sale. Maybe their servers?

I ended up refunding it because I own it for PS4. I forgot about already buying it a ways back. Also, why no grey hair options? I'm in my fifties and I have like skunk stripes on both sides of my head but the rest of my hair is dark brown/black. Hah. I never noticed white or grey hair options when customizing your character.

If you fiddle with the color sliders for the hair you can at least get full colors of grey or white hair xD But I think there are mods (on the pc) that add in highlights or dyed bangs or something,

Yea, I didn't use the slider, completely missed them. Anyway, I got my grey hair happening for the PS4 version. Heh.
