if you were going to make vinegar you should be able to do it with a keg like you make wine, except somehow get the alcohol out of the process. like wine into a keg should get you vinegar.

Yeah it should've been the next step after iridium quality when storing wine. On the other hand it would suck if you forgot all about it, and find vinegar instead of top notch wine. xD

and for the record apple cider that goes over to apple cider vinegar? also has a time where it can get you drunk af...sick af too but .... when in rome....
That's funny, I tried to get my character drunk once, I don't know how much beer and wine I had her consume, but it never happened. Strong tolerance for alcohol, that one. :P
