honey and ginger island
I've put some faery roses into pots and I placed some bee houses around. But they only produce wild honey. any tip? will the honey work in automn and you have to change flowers or it doesn't take the flower in pot, need another flower ?

Bees ignore flowers in pots unfortunately. The good news however is that once you plant the fairy rose in the ground, it'll stay year round, regardless of season.

so it's regardless of ginger island. ty for the info. I ve reserved the ground for ancient plants. I'll see if i'll corner some flowers for the bee houses but it will be a pain to harvest crops without harvesting the flower. and surrounding it will be costly ... I should have tested before doing a hundred of bee houses ^^

You can definitely fit 100 bee houses & still farm plants on the island. One of my characters has 5 iridium sprinklers across, 3 rows deep, so 15 total, then an empty row for a walkway, then below that, I've got 4 rows of 25 bee houses, set up like the following:

FxxxxxxxxxxFxxxxxxxxxxFxxxxx
FxxxxxxxxxxFxxxxxxxxxxFxxxxx
-----walkway-----
FxxxxxxxxxxFxxxxxxxxxxFxxxxx
FxxxxxxxxxxFxxxxxxxxxxFxxxxx

F=Fairy Rose plant, x = Bee House

I think you could probably fit another 5 bee houses on the end of each row, along with another Fairy Rose plant, for a total of 120, but I like stopping at 100 as a nice round number. You do need to be careful not to pluck the flower when you're harvesting the honey, but I've found that going a little slower usually makes the difference there.

Edit: I uploaded a screenshot of my ginger island farm that you can see if you change the screenshot tab to show "most recent".

this is the pattern I use for bee houses that can support 48 bee houses for 1flower and the flower is surrounded by bee houses so you can't harvest it :
-----------------x
----------------xx-
---------------xxx-x
--------------xxxx-xx
----------------xxxxxx
------------xxxxxFxxxxx
-------------xxxxxx---
--------------xx-xxxx
---------------x-xxx
-----------------xx
-----------------x

ty for your solution but I still prefer rare plants instead of bee house. I could put some flowers on the border of the crops so I fill with bee house. But in that case I would have to sacrifie 4 rare plants minimum to surround the flower. even if there is a little profit considering I make wine with the plant, It's not worth it in my playstyle

Yeah.. If terrain are dirt, not a sand, u can plant something there, even u can plant tree fruits on grass terrain too.
And if u mean outside farm are like Jungle area, Resort area, etc, no... u can't. U can only plant oak tree, maple tree, etc for chopping.

But the bad outcome to plant something there are u will find hard to get ginger, so you only get ginger on north area (near snail camp or dig site) and drop from tiger slime.
