Is the owl statue event as rare as before?
(Apologies in advance for my bad english )

I just got this rare event in my farm in fall of the first year, I almost fell out of my seat because I remember DangerouslyFunny saying this was one of the rarest events ever, But I've saw other persons also getting it.

no, they increased the probability and changed the requirements to make it more common

I got it twice in one save lol, and the capsule too.

no. it was in the patch notes that the owl and capsule are more common now.

i got the capsule and 4 owl statues by the end of year 2, i wish the meteorites were more common

I got 2 meteorites. It gives so little iridium I just find it slightly annoying tbh.
