Nimbus Steelseries y-axis inverted

I like playing Stardew Valley with a controller more than the keyboard, but it won't recognize my xbox one controller and the Nimbus Steelseries controller has the left joystick buttons y-axis inverted and I can't find anywhere to change this and have not found any help googling this issue so far. has anyone here come across this or found a solution for either of these issues? Thanks!

Try remapping the controller withing the steam big picture mode this link will help you with remapping your controller in steam. Hopefully this helps as far as within the game for changing it I don't believe you can so doing it through steam might be your only option hopefully this helps.

So, I tried all of the that and it still doesn't work. Stardew Valley doesn't recognize the Xbox One controller or a PS4 controller. The Steelseries controller is still inverting the y-axis, but only in Stardew Valley, it works fine on my iPad for example. This is really frustrating. I don't want to go buy a new controller just to see if it will work, but that might be the only option if I want to use a controller. Thanks for help!

By chance have you used any other controllers on your computer also if you have the nimbus connected try uninstalling the driver for it in the device managment tab to see if it will recgonize the other controllers from what I have read someone had went to use a xbox one controller but needed to uninstall the driver for their xbox 360 controller. Best bet is to uninstall the nimbus controller and then try to use either of xbox one or PS4 controller to hopefully get it to recgonize one of those controllers, let me know if this fixes the issue.

Outside of that if it doesn't pick up the PS4 or Xbox one controller not sure maybe could be a bug atm also but from what I read people have said their Steelseries Nimbus controller has had Y- Axis issues on steam but whatever you decide to do is your decision... also have you tried using a USB plug to connect your PS4/Xbox one controller and not just bluetooth, hopefully one of these things can fix your issue.

Not sure if I am doing something wrong, but it doesn't appear that I can use the Xbox One controller plugged in. I tried that and the computer just connected it to bluetooth while it was plugged in. I should mention I am using a iMac Pro. I removed the Nimbus controller first to see if that would help it recognize the Xbox controller, but it didn't appear to make a difference. In Big Picture mode I am able to see the Xbox controller in the Stardew Valley settings, but once I launch the game it doesn't work. I am looking to see if there is anything I can update on the Nimbus to try and fix the y-axis issue, since it at least recognizes it. Thanks again for you help.
