1.5 Walnuts

*Obvious spoilers ahead*

I'm currently trying to find all 130 walnuts and am hoping for some help from those that have found nuts (and help those that haven't yet).

Personally, I have found 126/130 and currently am going crazy for the last 4. While you don't need all 130 to unlock everything (I think), I'm going for the 100% perfectionist farm. My last 2 hints are that 1 is hidden in the west and 1 is buried in the west. As for the last two, I have no idea (I swear I've combed this island).

If anyone would like to add, feel free to add walnut positions. Here are some of the more unique ones and general tips:

• HUG ALL THE WALLS. There are too many secret pathways and this is how to not miss them.
  
• Any circles or starfish/flowers/etc surrounding an empty spot means walnut.
  
• The journal pages are your friend and give you specific areas,
  
• Take your sling-shot and hit the palm tree on the volcano at the top right (you can see a little gold behind the leaves). It'll drop one.
  
• When entering the volcano, use your watering can to make a path to the left and after a while there should be an exit. 2 Walnuts
  
• Once you unlock the resort and it rains, a mermaid will appear in the cove to the right that has opened up on a rock. (Way bottom that used to be blocked by debris). Grab 5 flute blocks and place them to the right of the music stone and above the 5 new stones. For every big stone hit the block 5 times. For every little stone, hit the block 1 time. Finally, run across the top or bottom to play the song and get them.
  
• In this area go fishing in the star for a nut.
  
• There is a spot of dirt in the cove/cave of the pirate in the same area. It's in the bottom right and hoe it.
  
• There are a few in the west past the master nut door. Run across the water/beach edge (They may not appear at first. Check for them).
  
• Once you unlock the extra farm, the new cave has the frog dude. If the crops are the same as mine, grow a melon, wheat, and garlic.
  
• The tree where the parrot and Leo live is swollen. Hit it with an axe.
  
• IDK if you need to go through all the rainy days for each of the birds in the monument, but the gems you need are: Aquamarine, ruby, emerald, and amethyst. Aquamarine is at the bottom and amethyst to the right. (I don't remember if ruby or emerald is top or left but you have 2 options).
  
• For the pirate's quest, take the photo and give it to Kent. Then Gus, Sandy, George, Wizard, Willy, and finally Birdie.

UPDATE: I found the last buried walnut! But I have 3 more and I have no idea where to search hahahaha. The parrot hasn't given me any hints.

check out the spot to my right between the three blue starfish, also theres some really hidden sand / grass spots on the western map which simply look like bulges. some nuts are hidden next to the woman in the mangroves. one could be in the "worm riddle" (quiet sure you can catch it by waiting for corals to naturaly spawn on 3/4 of his holes, remove all other corals on the beach except the hole ones, day of reset is sat. - sun.)

Thank you skerivo to share with us some golden walnuts.
The first golden coconut that you open by clint, you will recive a golden walnut.
up on the area that you can use as farm, has a cave with 5 crystal, maybe if you fullfill that quest and ring the right stones they give the remaining golden walnut.

you can water the worm using an upgraded watering can and that will give you a golden walnut.

Don't forget to pickaxe the mussel clumps below your farm and harvest crops.
Both gave me walnuts.

I found out how to get the last golden walnuts, you have to wait for the pirates to come to the pirate cove, then you have to play a game in order to get.

Any chance you could show us the buried walnuts in the north? Apparently I have one there that I cant find. I found the 4 in the circles (and one above the bone quarry) and one that is hidden in the slightly different patch of sand but there should be one more there.

have you tried using your slingshot to knock one off of a tree near the volcano (next to parrot express)

Check the secret notes, they show some hidden locations, there’s some hidden around the volcano and if I remember right one that’s hard to spot on the grass patch in front of the trading shop

Was looking for the last three nuts, anyone know how the trigger the pirates? Do I have to get Leo to 10 hearts?

pirates appear after 8pm, i THINK you have have done mermaid, if you enter the right area near resort and youll hear partying, im just missing 2 buried on west side, i swear ive dug everything
