Crab Pots Can’t be picked up

So, I have bait in three crab pots on the river lands farm. I have bait in them, but it’s never actually used. When I try to empty them, it says m inventory if full when it’s not. And I can’t interact with them at all. Please help

If you've put bait in a crab pot, it's normal that it can't be picked up until the next morning after you remove whatever it caught. Are you saying that when you go to bed and start a new day, nothing's in the crab pot? Because in that case it must be some sort of bug.

I thought I made that clear in my post. The bait is NEVER used. Even if I sleep. It’s been this way for almost an in game year now and I’ve tried everything even blowing the damn things up. It will be black on the inside like something is inside them, but there is no icon, and it says my inventory is full-

Definitely sounds like a glitch. What's your Fishing level? Do you have either of the level 10 crab pot perks? Do you use any mods, especially those related to fishing?

My best advice would be to A) Try hitting them with a pickaxe, as that works on most items. And B) From your Steam library, right-click Stardew Valley, go to Properties, and find "Verify game cache" or something like that. It'll do its best to restore the game to "factory conditions" without harming your save file. (For example, it'll replace any missing game files it finds missing.)
