Co-op: Can cabins all be the same style?

Pretty much exactly what it says on the tin, but further elaboration: I have a single-player save that I'd like to split off and make a co-op copy of. However, I don't necessarily want to limit my farmhands to cabins they may not like, and some cabins look better in vanilla to me than others.

Is it possible to build, say, three stone cabins simultaneously if the co-op farm is imported from a single-player farm? Or that I could build two log cabins and one stone cabin? Or am I forced to only have up to one of each cabin type?

I already Googled this question and didn't find anything that actually addressed my concerns, so any help that people can provide, one way or another, would be vastly appreciated!

When I started a co-op map (no idea if and how you can turn a single-player map into co-op one, sorry) I was able to choose the cabin style at Robin's (or whatshername - the woodworker redhead) store, then place it where it was convenient.

Up to 3 cabins can be chosen at the start of a new co-op game, in "Nearby" or "Separate" layout. Up to 3 total cabins can also be added to a new or saved game, by visiting the Carpenter's Shop and choosing "Construct farm building" from the menu.

If chosen at the start of a Multiplayer game, cabins are free. If built on an existing farm, the cost is Gold.png100g for each of the 3 varieties of Cabin, plus the building materials listed in the table below. Cabins are built instantaneously upon purchase.

If you make a new save and choose to have 3 extra cabins from the title screen, it'll give you the different cabins simultaneously. If you want them to be the same, you have to go to Robin yourself to have them built. It's pretty cheap anyway so you can do all of them in a day.

You can edit the save file in to change the cabin style. Just command + F for "cabin" and then change the type to whatever you want. "Stone" or "Plank" or "Log".
