It doesn't work that way. It's more like a blue print. You plan out your farm there and save it as a reference so you can build it up as you want in game with the limited view. It helps plan where everything will go ahead of time so you don't have to wreck all your fences and pathing 8 times because you changed your mind.

What about a "blue print" makes you think it'll auto build your farm, including working the field and popping free stuff onto it? A blue print is just a plan, that's it. You still need to do the work.
No need to be condescending. OP just misunderstood what the planner is for. It's hardly an egregious offense.

Don't read more into what's said than what's there. I'm trying to figure out how he came to the conclusion that the planner would auto-build his farm for him.
You're belittling OP for making a simple mistake. It's childish and unnecessary.

As I said, don't read more into what's written than what's there. If you read that as belittling, that's on you because it wasn't intended. So far it seems no one else finds it belittling. Not even OP.
Right. Well, this is clearly pointless, so nevermind.

But how you come across is just as much your responsibility as the receiving party. When you say things like "What about (concept X) makes you think..." it can easily be interpreted as you questioning someone's basic intelligence.

Think about how you say things, and remember that the person on the other side is a real human being who might take it the wrong way if you don't communicate clearly.

Again, you seem to be the only one who's taken it as offensive. Not even the OP seems to have. Which might indicate that you're the problem here, not me. Yet again, stop reading into things stuff that wasn't written.
Nuh-nuh-nuhhhhh-nevermindahhh....
