Bug - "Gone fishing" Willy
So, what should I do with this bug? Didn't even receive my first rod :/

... What is the bug, exactly? You didn't get the letter? You didn't get the cutscene? You did the cutscene, but didn't get the rod? We need more details before we can help :P

Your original post isn't very informative, but if you think the "gone fishing" thing on the first day is a bug it isn't simply wait until day 2, you'll get a letter to meet Willy on the pier and then you'll get your rod

Sorry about it. I meant I didn't receive the rod in my second day. I can't enter in the fish place which Willy stays. I see him fishing but when its 9:00am and I try to get in it says "Gone fishing". Do I have to wait more or unlock something? I'm in day 8 and still see the same message when I go into the beach.

I don't use any mods, I'm new at the game so I don't even know how to use it. :( And yes I'm checking all letters in my mailbox. I just started a new game and the same happens in both games. I looked for some tips and it says the same, Dark.

Have you explored the entire valley? And have you introduced yourself to everyone else except for the Wizard?

Now I got it, guys! I restarted the game and it worked. Now I receieved the letter from Willy asking me to go to the beach (at day 3 of my second game). Thank you for your patience and help.

Glad it fixed itself! Sounds like you just missed a step at some point
