Can't buy Bouquet of Flowers

I'm at 8 hearts with Abigail and received mail from Pierre offering the Bouquet but I can't see it in the store. Is it because I'm on Multiplayer with somebody who hasn't yet reached 8 hearts with somebody?

no, if you have the 8 hearts then it should be in pierre's store. usually you have to scroll all the way down
