I can see her house on the map but I can't seem to get to her house to deliver it. I can get next to the house next to hers, but when I keep going down the road it turns into the other road and it's way pass it. It's very frustrating.

How are you missing the house exactly? If you're able to go to Haley and Emily's house, you should be able to go into the blue house that resides Sam, Vincent, and Jodi.
