Grass you want to keep around until you build a silo, anyway, because then cutting it gives you free hay.
Even once fully cleared you'll still have some rocks and branches and weeds return. Once you clear a larger patch try to lay down some paths to help limit the spread next season
i have a full silo but sold my chickens as the products (mayo) were too annoying time wise to make, and not profitable anyway..
"Oh, no, my pretty...you won't be getting off that easy! I curse thee with...rocks, rocks and more rocks! Mwa-ha-ha-ha-haaaaaaaa!"
Okay, methinks I've been playing this game a wee bit too long...
Look upon it as harvesting stone and wood.
Come year 2, when Robin jacks up the prices of these resources five-fold, you'll be glad to have it.
This one. You may also luck out on drops from the stones, getting precious coal and geodes. You are going to need a lot of coal (and stone and wood) to get your farm going.
I thought autograbber only worked on the cows sheep and goats. Did they change that or did it totally go over my head? lol
Still suggesting getting both that and Automate, as these two mods speed up processing time enormously.
Chickens are the best profit from the coop, what you mean they aren't profitable?
for the tree thing: around trees you have a high daily chance for new small trees because the big ones spread there seeds around them. so it makes sense to chop up the big ones to keep the sprouting of small ones under control.
But i can make jams now which give me that much per 2 days...so i still dont see the logic in raising chickens?
im sure i am playing the game all wrong because only progressing very slowly since its year 3 and my mining is level 2-3, combat 1. And i've hardly done many quests. But farming is level 9 or 10 now :)
i guess its because id rather farm then raise animals. Someday my farm will be all cleared like a Stardew Professional !! Having fun though, love this game :)
