What is the tiny blue face icon attached with the liked gifts?

The location of the blue icon is:
Social tab > Click a character > Below 'Like Gifts' > the blue icon that attached with the gifts that I gave to NPC.
May I ask what does that blue icon mean?

and by inventory, for those uncertain, it means your backpack. at least that's how it seems to me. because i've seen stuff listed that i had "at home in a chest" but that wasn't pictured with the little blue thingy. but when said item was in my backpack, that was when the blue icon showed up.
