silver star grape wine

I just got to the new jojo mart mystery and it says I need silver star grape wine. Ive made at least over a hundred grape wines and all of them have no stars at all, what am I doing wrong here.

put your wine in a cask inside your cellar

Then, when you see the silver star on the cask, you use an axe strike to get the wine out. Normal interaction only works on casks when the wine is at Iridium quality.

I'm assuming anything above silver star also works, but can't confirm. It would just be to require players have casks, without locking it behind a 2(?) season time gate. I think silver star wine only needs to ferment for a week.
