Is there a Server Browser for this game where I can join others?
Have never played this game, just wondering if I can play with others by joining them (like match make or server browser similar to Terraria)

Nah, the game doesn't have drop in / drop out gameplay. Once you play on Sunny Farms, your farmer is linked to Sunny Farms. You can't transfer him to another farm. And if you stop playing, then the owner of that farm can delete your cabin for a new player to join... but your character will be gone for good.

Make sure you're friends with whoever you're playing with.
