Way to remove interracial marriage/relationships in the game?

This makes me very uncomfortable and leaves me on the fence of purchasing this game. This is supposed to be a very relaxing/no frills involved videogame but I can't help but get agitated at this kind of political agenda being pushed. If someone could tell me how to get rid of it I would probably buy the game.
