Item Behind The Community Center?

So, there was a note about something being behind the Community Center, and when I went back there, I was able to get a Stone Junimo statue. Is that the item that it was talking about?
I first saw it through a multiplayer glitch with the community center, Joja Mart, and Pam's house sprites all coelescing in a weird way, and I thought it was a part of the glitch.
