Wedding Ring (Recipe) in Travelling Cart not appearing (HELP!)
I don't know if it's a bug. I've checked the Travelling Cart every Friday and Sunday for two season and it never appeared. Is it only there by chance? Thanks for the answers.

I am having the issue where it keeps spawning after I buy it

I'm pretty sure you need to be in a multiplayer game to have it appear, not just a lobby, but have another player with you.
