I hate to point out the obvious, but... tapping as many oaks as possible is the only way. Hopefully you kept a good number of them on your farm, but you can tap the oaks outside your farm too.

Even if you have plenty of oaks, it takes a long time to collect the resin from each one. Ideally you should tap at least a dozen early in your first spring.
well, i only have 11 becuase i cleared them all out

Did you cut down all but 11 oaks across the whole map, or just on your farm? I believe you can tap trees outside of your farm, so if you left trees in the southern forest, there might be enough to be worth tapping.
there is about 7 outside the map, and ive planted 11, ill chop down the 7 outside my farm for seeds and just plant them when i can

You can also plant new oak trees outside your farm. Any "Dirt" area that isn't in town that can be hoe'd can have a seed planted and it'll eventually grow into a tree.

You still want to keep some space between the trees and it might prevent some foraging items from popping up on that tile but a small price to pay to have extra trees not taking up space on your farm. It also makes the Bus Stop, and south Forest area a bit more.. Woody which aesthetically looks nice.

There is no easy way, just a way.

Have you tried placing them on trees outside of your farm? They do not actually have to be on your property for them to be tapped.
