Maru should stop being a nurse. It breaks the game.

She already does so much. And when you marry her she breaks the night of events and will be in bed as a nurse and says "Don't let the doctor see".

Add a new character to be the nurse. Or she just stops after getting married to look after the house.

If Maru didn't change into a nurse outfit you'd probably never even know she was a nurse.

I know her face picture is really ugly vs her body sprite, and that her married gifts are the worst of any wife so far, but I'm still making my way through all the wives each playthrough. Only penny and emily are left.

Emily? Apart from not being marriable until recently (so it wouldn't faciliate pairing with harvey in original design), Emily is explicitly for shipteasing with Clint; there's three dedicated events about Clint's crush on Emily, a quest, and various festival dialogues.

Rather than Maru no longer being a nurse, the dev just needs to fix it messing up stuff after marriage. Removing the nurse part entirely is an overreaction.

Its the same thing she says if you talk to her at work at any time once married. its funny at first, but it gets old really fast when you expect you wife after events to have something to say. And its always her in bed, in the nurse outfit talking about the doctor seeing.

I had another error with her during the playthough where a, i guess person coming in for a visit caused both maru and the doctor to spawn in the same spot so they were clipping inside each other at the front desk.

That only happened once so far though.

She does actually. She is an inventor and a scienist as well. Many of her actions and cutscenes will show you this.

If I married someone who has two jobs. And we don't need the money.

And they go to bed wearing thier work clothes that they just put on before going to bed. And only talk about the same man from work as if he's in the bedroom with us vs the night out on the town we just had in bed every time. I would ask them to give up the problem job and see a shrink.

If that person has two jobs, and they have two young babies to take care of on top, doubly so. Because they might be too insane to raise children.

If their obession with that person is never ending. They can go be with them and the marriage is over. I don't care, plenty of other fish in the sea.
