On Tuesdays most of the female NPCs will show up at Pierres for their aerobics class- this incluedes Marnie, Caroline, Emily, Robin, and Jodi (not sure about Leah), and gems/flowers will usually be in their 'liked' category.

Fridays are the busiest days in the saloon, giving you access to Emily, Gus, Pam, Marnie, Lewis, Leah, Harvey, Willy, Demetrius, Sam, Abigail, Sebastian, Harvey, and Shane all at once, where you can hand out Beer (which is 'loved by Pam and Shane), Salad (Which is 'loved' by Leah), and buy Joja Cola from the vending machine which is 'liked' by Sam- but nobody else.

Penny, Vincent, Jas, Elliot, and Abigail can often be found all at once in the Library, and during the Summer you can find Alex and Haley outside the Library at the ice cream stand.

Entering the shops midday will give you access to most NPCs as they go shopping, and their homes are also a good bet for where to find them. Shane and Sam will both work at Joja Mart while it's open, with Shane being there most days and Sam only a couple times per week.

The beach is also a good bet during the Summer, as you can find Sam, Vincent, Haley, Elliot, and Willy there (and Sebastian on Rainy days), as well as the forest for Jas, Leah, Abigail, and Haley.

George is always in his house, and on rainy days Evelyn and Alex will also stay inside, otherwise Alex is usually outside the house but nearby, and Evelyn will tend the garden boxes just south of Pierres. Harvey is almost always in his room or in the clinic, except when he goes to the Park or the Saloon. The bench below the Saloon is where you can find Penny and Maru at the same time, with other NPCs pathing past them.

That's all I've got off the top of my head for clumps of at least four, you can find the full schedules of every NPC on the official Wiki, and plot out where to find them and what to give tthem most conveniently from day one.
