Train station ??? Statue thing

At the train station there's a green statue thing on the rock cliff. It looks like it's blocking a cave and when I click on it it says ??? Does anyone know what it is?

Part of a quest that gets unlocked later in the game. I believe that statue is part of the wizard quest unlocked after the communtiy center is finished.
