dunno, did you watch them the first time through?

The first year Yeilds a few recipies that will help the player, watching the 2nd year of Queen of Sauce will actually show new recipies that you can't learn anywhere else. I believe there are 5 new recipies that can't be learned from any one else. So if you want those achievements, Yes. You have to. If you don't care about achievements, then by all means, stop watching. The Lucky Lunch is really the only one that matters. Once you have that then the others don't matter.

No

You might actually have to watch it for two more years, then.

It's a two-year program and I don't think all the 1st year recipes reappear on the 2nd year. The 3rd year is a repeat of the 1st year, and the 4th year is a repeat of the 2nd year.

There are a few recipe from Queen of Sauce that can be purchased or obtained from NPC(like Maik Roll, Bread, Pancakes, etc), check this list and see which one you miss. http://stardewvalleywiki.com/The_Queen_of_Sauce

Thanks, but I already saw and noticed some are only obtainable from the stupid show.

This save editor says that you can change the recipes you know if you don't mind using a save editor. Backup your save files before using it. http://www.nexusmods.com/stardewvalley/mods/127/?

I have the same problem. I thought I read on the wiki that it only lasted 2 years. Maybe I didn't read it correctly or something. Does it go on after 4 years? I would probably miss one or two of those re-runs the 3rd and 4th year.

The program lasts two years and then repeats itself in an endless cycle.

Deconstructed to the simplest way you could remember it:

Odd-numbered years play Year 1 recipes
Even-numbered years play Year 2 recipes

OK. Just trying to be helpful since you asked. Some ppl don't mind, others do but IMO it's good for ppl to be aware of their options. It's why I talk about how they should add more in-game info a lot.

They should add more in game info, I definitely agree. If I didn't go on forums/wiki I would have never known that queen of sauce existed.

It plays two days out of seven and most players will consult their TV regularly to know what the next day's weather will be (every day if they're waiting to upgrade their Watering Can) or how their daily luck is (to know if they should go Mining or not). "Living Off the Land" also provides great tips for beginners as well as warnings when it's Salmonberry or Blackberry season.

I would expect some players to miss the first few episodes, but generally they'll start checking the TV almost every morning as soon as they realize that it's such a highly valuable source of information.
