Ah yes, gems. I've gotten easily two dozen Diamonds via Fishing over time, and one chest gave me 4 Emeralds in a single stack, with another stack of items too. I think the other stack was 3 Fire Geodes or something.

The rarest thing I've gotten? Hmm...

Genie Shoes, maybe?

It's fairly rare for me to manage to get a treasure chest. So...bait maybe? Well, maybe I got copper ore once or twice.
