Elliott and Leah. It's not implicitly stated but Elliott and Leah are always with each other at festivals. Leah and Elliott are dance partners at the Flower Dance unless one of them accepts your request instead, and if you examine the stuff in Elliott's cabin, he has a painting Leah did hanging on his wall.

The doctor (Harvey, is it? Idk I never talk to the guy) has a crush on Maru. He's with her at festivals and if you talk to him during the Luau at the beach, he ponders if maybe Maru could use some sun lotion on her shoulders... which is mucho creepy, imo, but whatevs.

You can see Shane being warm and friendly towards Emily in one of Clint's cutscenes. So I'm not sure if I'd say they've got a crush on each other, but if the farmer or Clint never made their move, Emily might go for Shane.

Shane even says during a cutscene that the farmer "balances him out". Emily is definitely the opposite of him, so she could do that.

The only connection I don't really get is Sam and Penny. I've never seen them talk, and they only stand near each other at like one festival. Maybe he sees her a lot due to Vincent... Idk.

Alex is the jock and Haley is the preppy girl.
Maru and Harvey work together.
Seb and Abby are close friends.
