Whats the best way to raise your relations with everyone?
My farm is almost on its 4th year and my relation with literally every single person is 0, its kind of sad but i never really focused on that part of the game

EDIT: that was unclear-
Or: find a thing or two every one likes *individually, like IPA's for Pam*, and make it a point to gift them twice a week.

Flowers, gems, and alcohol are usually popular with most people.

Give them the items they want that's higher up on their want list and talk / do quests for them.

The basics on how to increase it:

Or click on each person here to see what they like the most:

If you're in year 4, I assume you have the means to get plenty of Maple Syrup and Jelly, yes? Maple Syrup is a liked gift for everyone except Maru, and Jelly is liked by everyone except Sebastian, Vincent, and Jas. Between those two easily obtainable items, you've got something you can gift to whomever you pass on the street. Tree fruits (Apples, Oranges, etc.) are also useful for gifting; nobody dislikes them, and a few are loved by someone. Without doing a lot of research into everyone's favorite things, these are what I recommend to make people like you. Of course, if you want the process to go more quickly, the loved gifts are key. For that...well, the wiki has already been linked.

Also remember to give them their most favorited items on their birthday. It gives a huge relation boost

Year 4 ... and at 0? Did you literally go through the game completely ignoring every last NPC? That'd be difficult to pull off unless you never stopped to talk to ANYONE. You'd almost have to work at staying that low.

The easiest (and cheapest) way to build relationships is to pay attention to birthdays, and make sure to gift each NPC something they like or love (preferably love) on the birthday. That alone is enough for multiple heart points. Just walking around with flowers, produce, and cooked food and dumping them on people randomly as you pass them during your normal day is often enough, too.

If you were doing it efficiently, the relationship with the town should have been gradually rising as you played the rest of the game, without you needing to go out of your way at all. You see Alex standing in a corner? Throw one of your parsnips at him ... etc.

The FASTEST way is to look up "Universal Loves" in the wiki, and gift those out like mad ... it's definitely not cheap, though. You could probably get everyone up to 5-8 hearts within two seasons if you really just follow the basic advice above, and it won't break your bank, nor require you to specifically hunt anyone down.

♥♥♥♥♥♥♥..

Well like everybody above said, try to give them likeable gifts (of even better, loved ones like Sam loves pizza and Vincent loves grapes) and do that like 2 times a week. Also with the birthdays; don't skip them.

Here's a link with all gifts per villager and how much you'll get when you gift on a birthday:
