Pam's backstory..?
I recently rebuilt Pam's house, and decided to snoop around in her house a bit. I found a Penny, and an interesting picture on the wall -

It appears to be Pam with her old truck, with another guy with either darker skin or a helluva afro. It sure isn't a coincidence the picture is in Pam's house.

Anyone have any ideas on how or why she broke up with this fellow trucker of hers? Would appreciate more speculation. :)

Sorry for the horseradish image quality, I took a picture of it on my Switch, cropped and filtered it about 4 times, and it still comes out like a dingarooed cabbage.

I can definitely see Pam in the second one, though I'm struggling to detect anything else that might be relevant. It's possible they were just friends, or maybe he IS the reason she became an alcoholic through a breakup or death (probably the latter, I doubt she'd keep pictures hanging on the wall of people she broke up with unless it was mutual and they're still on good terms). Unfortunately we may never know, there isn't much character depth as far as their stories go.

Im STILL not sure if thats the actual backstory or something someone made up. Like is rebuilding Pams house something that actually happens in the vanilla game or is it a mod made up by players wanting to give a dog a bone?

Building a house for Pam is vanilla. It was part of the recent update that included the Night Market, Secret Notes, etc. I dunno about the backstory stuff, though.

It kinda sucks that it not benefical for yourself at all to build her a house.
It doesn't even add 1 single heart to the relationship-meter, neither for Penny nor for Pam.

I JUST BOUGHT YOU A HOUSE BUT WHATEVER I GUESS
