Winemakers, how many kegs do you have?
I've just filled my first shed with the things, planning ahead for when I get that last prereq for the greenhouse (making grape and blackberry hooch in the meantime,) but I'm not really sure where to stop.

Depends on what type of farm you have (forest, river, etc.) and if you're only doing wine, or a bit of everything. (Ale, juice)

You could do starfruit in the greenhouse, as I think a full shed holds 64-70 kegs? And grow hops outside the greenhouse.

If you're late enough in the game, and have junimo houses, you can plant like 60+ hops in a square and let them harvest them, then make beer all year round. A shed full of beer is around 20k. A shed full of starfruit wine is about 120k, I think?

I have my preserves jars in my shed right now. I think there's only 36 of those. My kegs i keep ouside--it's just easier for me. I started with about 24, then expanded it to ~40, then to 72, and now 96. I think that's my max. I just started Year 4 and built four jumino huts to help me grow enough for all those kegs. Plus I grow hops, ancient fruit and starfruit in the greenhouse.

Just making use of what can fit in the greenhouse with optimum iridium sprinkler placement, ancient fruit. Anything I grow outside I'd be harvesting normally.

On my challenge file (I'm trying to buy a full barns worth of Gold Bears- 120), I've got 85 kegs in my greenhouse, a barn with 120, another 145 in the Tunnel, two sheds with 73 kegs each, I've got about 350 kegs in the Quarry, another 200~ in the Spa area, and some lining the path to the Witches Hut, and the witches hut itself is full of them. I've finally hit the point where I feel like more would be mildly overkill, but there's a huge chunk of Cindersnap I could easily pave overnd fill with kegs. Feel free to check out my screenshots, I've got snaps of my greenhouse, the quarry, etc full of kegs.

Otherwise I tend to just use the 85 in the greenhouse, plus one in my kitchen for coffee brewing.

I have 5 sheds on my current farm. One has 44 kegs plus the machines I use for animal products and a chest. Two sheds are filled with 66 and 65 kegs (plus a chest) respectively. 175 kegs total so far. One shed has 65 preserve barrels and another chest. The newest shed has 33 preserve barrels on one half. I haven't decided whether to go kegs or barrels on the other half, and don't have the resources to do either at the moment.

In the greenhouse I have 24 ancient fruit, 24 cranberry bushes, 48 strawberry bushes, and grow starfruit in the rest of the spaces. (I did all ancient fruit for my first game so wanted to do something different this one.). I'm mid way through spring year 4 and was planning to preserve or keg most of the normal quality vegetables, plus all the hops and wheat I grow. I also have ~200 blueberries and ~600 cranberries stocked up, and regular harvests from the greenhouse to process too.
