How to delete a slingshot?

Recently, I had a bug, I had duplicated the slingshot. How can I remove it? help me please

You can't. Only way to get rid of it is to put it in a chest that is placed in the path of a villager, the villager will destroy the chest when walking through it. Otherwise you'd need a mod to delete it.

Doesn't work, tried with cherry bomb, bomb, and mega bomb. Think I remember you used to be able to blow up chests with bombs, or at least remember some people posting about it happening to them but guess it might have got patched at some point.

Edit: Also, tried with slingshot + explosive ammo and doesn't work either.

And why u wanted to explode slingshots in the first place? I never used them nor the pan though. I tried to destroy former slingshot once but as I could not just kept it in a chest.

They were a waste of space in my chests. But maybe other ppl had other issues.

I'm not sure, I've never actually tried, but people have discussed it as being a method of disposing of old fishing poles, so... I think it can be used for something like a slingshot.

I destroyed all my old fishing poles manually with the trash bin.
