How to move save file from iOS to PC?

I've been playing Stardew Valley on iPhone for a while a bought it on pc today. I've tried transferring my save files using iCloud Drive and iTunes but nothing is working. It still just says there no saved files. Can anyone help?

Im not sure if the savefiles are the same, but just copy the whole savegame-folder from your iphone and transfer it directly into the savegame folder on your computer. its in appdate/roaming/stardew
